We couldn't have picked a worse date, between the post cold front conditions and other tourneys going on. I fished with Drew and wussed out 2.5 hours before the end due to severe back spasms, first time ever for me to do that (sorry again, Drew)
We will do a better job next time as far as advance notice and scheduling.
Bottom line, though, we went fishin' and had a great time

no big deal herb...
fishing wasnt too good really. i went down during the daytime last week and had a good day but the night was a different story. went the other day and fished points for the first 2 hrs. had 2 keeper smallies, 1 shake off at the boat, and broke another off. went to the head of a creek, shad were everywhere. my buddy caught a 3 1/2lb largemouth schooling. also had 4-5 keeper spots.
water temps were 71-73. the heads of the creeks are beginning to turnover.
