I got it a day early because I have to cook it. When I was stuck in Memphis a couple of months ago an old guy took me to "the best bbq place in the world". It was called Jim Neely's Interstate Barbeque.

Well, they will fedex anything to you anywhere in the world. Guess what I just started thawing out!
