Looking for Great Company that's looking for great employee

ok guys I've worked for my company for 14 years, Traveled all over the US, gone where they've told me go 3 months at a time and worked 55 to 65 hours a week on a salary. I'm tired of having to travel out of town all the time and being away
from my family. The company I work for is a good company however some of the
people I have to work for is a different story.I'm tired of being treated like dirt and not appreciated for anything I do and under paid by them. Just thought I would put this out there and see if I get any responses
I'm in the construction/roofing industry and I run a department that brings in over 1 million a year in service work. Anyone know of a company looking for a hard driven employee that can bring it to the table? Oh I don't come cheap. LOL and I prefer to stay in the TN or KY area close to Kentucky Lake and Barkley Lake. LOL.

Thanks for the IM. I don't really care for the sales part even though I sell repair work where i'm at now. I run a service dept and over see 5 crews, schedule them follow up with customers, collect past due, inspect jobs, quote them and sell them ect. A full blown sales job isn't for me. But thanks for the info

Once a guy gets to the point where they have your confidence and knowledge, it is time to become a contractor and open your own business.

I hear you Clint. The only difference is in the military the guys stick together and have each other's back. In my case I work with a bunch of people who are 2 face and will stab you in the back if given the chance.

I don't want to hijack your post but I'm also looking in the Hopkinsville/Cadiz area. Been in the automotive business almost 9 years now and I enjoy the business just want to get back to the West KY area.

If anyone has any suggestions of ideas please let me know. I'm in the process of updating my resume now.

    Thanks,
    Charlie
