    Ohio River bigun'...

Too bag it wasn't a bass!!! I caught it on a shakey head worm and 8 lb test...Guess I don't need to worry about throwing 8lb P-line anymore...My Stratos measuring board is 19" long, so I estimated it was about 35-36" long...It was way too heavy, it broke my net in half...

Man, the Louisville area of the Ohio has to be the absolute roughest river stretch I have ever been on...Those cruisers are worse than barges...

can't believe you brought that slimey SOB on board, I pulled a roddy yesterday and snagged a 30lb buffalo on the arse, and today caught a 5-6 lb channel on a spoon...feel your junk fish pains

Hi there,,,you need to come to the lower river and try it,,,I`ve been catching 2-3lb smallies pretty reg while fishing for the stripers on the lower river,,,they been nailing my rattle trap pretty good,,,but you wouldn`t beleive that the smallies are up in the current thats running 3-4 mph,,,but their there with the rest just feeding on the billions of shad...they are fat and sassy,,,oh nice blue too,,,we use that size for bait..LOL
