    Help with a new business

As some of you know, I have started a new business this year. I took on Coach_Joe as a partner and we are about to begin our first year at this.

Joe seems to know alot more about this stuff than me, which is why he was a great choice for a partner. I am trying very hard to learn all I can and get organized before it gets warm and the business is hopping.

For those who haven't followed, it is a lawn care business. I do not have time to be very involved, Joe has more time and summers off.

Please go check out my blog and if you can share info, please do so. I am always ready to learn. I have set this up to keep myself organized and gather the thoughts and ideas of those I'd like to learn from. If you go there and decide to post, please keep it on topic since it is my record for start-up and I'd like to reference it without cracking up over smack talk

    Thanks for any advice.

Not sure about Hooters tomorrow. I'll try. But, I do need some work done on my lawn. It's looking pretty bad.

What type of work will you be doing on lawns? meaning a mowing service or a fertilizing and sewing service, or all of the above? I must have missed the previous posts if there were any.

All of the above, possibly. If you check out the blog, you will see where I am with ideas and equipment.

Well if you come up with a fool proof method of killing bermuda grass then we NEED to talk. Bermuda on golf course, in yard.

    Yeah what Pat said

What I think we can do is have my yellow lab come pee all over your yard. he can kill it in a day without burning your house down.

If everyone in BBC was in the same neighborhood, there would be a huge discount

OH also if you can put the creek rock down after I get my landscaping in so I don't break my spine in half doing it we might talk to.

    Yup, no problem.

Pat, we'll talk about what you need. shouldn't be too tough. My partner is pretty slick with this stuff.

Good luck on the new business Mike. I thought about starting a lawn care service up here...just thinking...nothing serious. But then I decided I'd have to work! So I immediately rejected the thoughts!
