It's pretty different. If you haven't been there much I would go on the fast side (under the causeway) and concentrate in Ramp Creek and Moore's Creek. There is everything in there you could want. I haven't been down there in a while so I can't help with a pattern. They should be on cranks pretty good. If you can find grass you are golden.

    Re: Lake Monroe (99Nitro)

We didn't do any good on tournament day wind was blowing about 30 mph we did catch a few short fish in the grass by the mouths of the creeks. We had about 8lbs on Friday using the same pattern. We tried to fish the idle side but were not used to fishing in chocolate milk so we left. Our other team did catch a 6lber on a spinnerbait in the back of allen creek on Friday. It took 11.85 to win and 5.55 was big bass. I heard most of the big bass came on spinnerbaits.

Thanks, I have not been on the lake for a few years, sounds like I better find some grass.
