Just wanted to share my nephew is receiving a promotion to Staff Sgt today, he is part of the Marine Reserve Unit in Indianapolis. He has asked me to pin his insigna on during the ceromony today, I can not explain how honored I am, he received his promotion to Sgt while he was in Iraq and has continued his honorable service and now has received his Staff Sgt. rank.
Congratulations to your nephew..that rocker is a big step up. I assume tradition still stands and your nephew bought the rounds for all the SNCO's last nite.
