I just purchased a 1999 Pro E boat with 200 HP Envirude Ficht motor, now I find out that the Coast guard has issued a warning on potential fuel leaks that can explode and cause serious injury.
Apparently Bombarier has put out a upgrade kit?
Does anyone know what this upgrade kit looks like and how do I know if I got it already. If not, how do I get this kit?

You need a kit P/N 5004550 plus a fuel hose 5005403, the Enhancement Package, must be replace by a autorized mechanick, with NO charge. Some software will be change. that why need a official BRP mechanic.

Call BRP customer service @ 847-689-7090 and have your model and serial number ready, you can find these numbers on the left side of the swivel bracket.
There has been a service bulletin issued covering a recall on the injector bolts and as the article you posted stated several thousand motors were corrected by OMC before they filed bankruptcy, also stated in the article letters will be mailed to the customers with affected models.
Take a look at the 2 bolts that fasten the flange of each injector to the cylinder head. If the bolts have a 1/2" head, then the recall has been done to the motor, chances are it has.
If the bolts are silver and have 3/8" heads, then see an authorized dealer right away.
You can also post the serial number here and Rusty can check the warranty history to see if the upgrade has been performed.
