    what is needed to change to a G2

    I currently have a 2004 Evinrude 225 HO DI and have considered moving to a new 250 G2 what else will I have to change over if I do that?

    Basically everything.. That G2 is a whole new ball game compared to your current motor.

    With the free rigging available for the G2, take advantage of it.

    You can also get the free adapter kits so you can use your own controls and gauges, but why by a new motor and continue to use 12 year old components?
