    Replacing Back up light units....

I will be replacing both my entire back up light assemblys with new
LED lights. Is there a secret to getting the old one out with
the rubber boots? It should not be that hard, but just
wondering if there is a trick to make it easier...
    any info would help

I would think a small screw driver between the rubber gasket and the lens, pry it out slowly, unless you don't want the old lights any longer.
