Trailer rust not good

Hello everyone. 2006 Champion 203 with trailer that came with it(5 years old). Noticed trailer would clunk when taking off. Replaced shock in toungue, no big deal, figured I would bleed the brakes for good measure. Found brake line from master cylinder to rear flex line rusted all the way down and leaking in 3 places. Anyone else with this issue? If not check your brake lines on your trailers so noone has brake failure. Just glad I caught it before its too late.

I replaced my brake line twice as it sat inside the trailer tubing just rusting away, I finally ran the line down the inside part of the trailer frame and used some rubber coated 1 eye clips to hold the line on the inside of the frame, I should have done that or checked into a flex type brake line for the application the first time the line rusted out. My 2000 MFI trailer is rusting out badly, looks like I need to fire up the grinder and the welder this winter to see if I can save it.

My '96 model brake lines are still original& look very good.
