I have a 2002 Stratos trailer and I am having a problem. The brake, turn signals and backup lights all work, but the parking lights do not. No one has mentioned this type of trailer plug. The marker lights all have a white wire that is connected at the plug on the trailer. Anyone else seen this before? I have also checked the fuse under the hood and it's ok.

The white wire is the ground. Normally they are connected to the trailer at the light, but running a wire to the front would work if that wire is grounded. I'd expect you are missing the ground, but since your wiring is non-standard, you are going to have to chase it down with a meter to see what isn't connected.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
nothing else matters.
Make sure the white wire is still connected to the frame of the trailer. Also, you may have wire from the running lights pinched inside the tongue. check all light connections and slices into the main harness, a bare wire maybe touching the frame and shorting out your running light.
Make sure you have power to running lights at the truck end then start on the trailer.
