Should I be able to push the tongue in and out (simulating braking) easily by hand ?
or is the shock gone inside ?

Mark...I just went and tried mine and it doesn't budge at all.
Could be low oil, air in system, ruptured line or faulty actuator?

It should be fairly hard to push it in as well as out. Make sure you have it out when you are not using the trailer it takes pressure off the master cylinder brakes and shock.![]()

It was out while it sat over the winter.
I'm thinking that while they did replace the actuator last year, they didn't replace the shock assembly.
Anyone know how much one runs ? I need to decide if I am gonna replace it myself, or let them do it under my warranty
