I'm having problems with the right side trailer tire waring out. The outside third of the tread iss waring bald. It's the 3rd tire I put on in 3 years. Tire pressure is fine. I'm guessing the axle mat bet bent? I don't know.

Sounds like you may have hit a curb and bent the spindle causing the camber to be out. Some frame/alignment shops can bend it back to proper camber, if you cant find one, you may need to buy a new axle.
