Just wanted to thank you for all your help. Got it done today and it works like a charm!!!!
I dont EVER want to take that thing back apart!!! What a PITA!!!!!! Got it all back together.....just got the brake line threaded......and one of the black plastic spacers fell out! Had to take it all back apart and start over! Tools were flying!!!!
But it's all done and works great! Now I just need to bleed the brakes

Glad everything worked out. I know what you mean about the PITA taking the actuator apart. Been there done that. If you or anyone you know ever need other parts let me know. I have a whole used actuator laying in the garage and it has every thing still on it. I put a new one on my old boat right before I sold it. Don't' need these part anymore. Sold cheap, mailing would probable be the biggest expense. Harbor Freight sells a tool that will let you bleed the brakes by yourself. That ain't no fun either.
