I love my trailer but ever since I bought my boat from the original owner the right front tire on the dual axle burn the outer edge up after a while the other3 tires are just fine making me to rotate the tires very often. The prob I have is this is a torsion suspen. type trailer not a leaf spring type. So how do you correct a tire running crooked on a torsion trailer ?????? Any help will be worth a million to me. Most likely this trailer has been curbed and bent the right front spindle. Fortunately, you have a torsion axle and you don't need to replace the whole axle to correct the problem. Look behind the wheel and you will see that the trailing arm is held in place with a large bolt. To change the spindle, simply remove the bolt, then remove the trailing arm from the splined shaft. New trailing arms are not expensive, certainly not a million bucks worth.lol. Hopefully you have a 2002 or later model trailer with the splined shaft. If it is an older one it will have the Henschen axle which was welded and the trailing arm is not replacable. Call 931-967-5101 ext 16 and let me know.
LOL, funny you should have that problem too. I have a 2000 21SS extreme and have the exact same problem with the exact same tire. A buddy of mine also has a 21 SS and it too has the same problem with the same tire.
