    Spare tire locks

Do any of you guys have any suggestions on how to lock your spare to your trailer? I have a marine master trailer (triton) with the spare lays underneath the boat. Suggestions appreciated!!

My ranger trailer uses the same lug bolt size to mount the spare as it does to mount the wheels to the hubs. I use the same type of locks to secure the spare as I would to keep my truck wheels from being stolen. They are available at any auto parts store.

Found out it scared my fishing buddy so I bought a smaller Stratos with a smaller Johnson

+1, just get the lock lugs, they look good and will deter most thieves.

I use this one on my TR-20 - it works great and has a pretty secure locking mechanism.

I use a coupler lock. It only keeps out the honest thieves. If they really want it, they will get it.
