    No trailer lights

I have a 03 GMC sierra 1500 and VIP single axle trailer. I cannot get any of the trailer lights to work..have checked trailer ground with meter, any fuses I could find with reference to trailer and just now for voltage from plug in receptacle bumper...0volts. What can I be overlooking? Lights have worked prior.

    Thanks

Did you check the fuses under the hood?? It is located on the drivers side fender. That is were most of your fuses are for trailering.

    Re: No trailer lights (rangerguy)

I waited this morning until daylight to tow the boat to the launch. When I was backing down to pick up the boat brother in law informed me the lights started working again! Obviously something loose somewhere or I pulled just about every fuse in the box under the hood this morning looking for a burnt one, perhaps something there wasn't making contact.

    Thanks for replying,
    Dirk
