Tire Pressure - Goodyear Marathons

Just a question, what's the proper inflation pressure for these tires?

I have a single axle trailer which carries an 18 foot Skeeter with a Suzy 150.

Is that with or without load?

increase 10 psi if towing over 65 miles per hour. There was a bulletin put out about this.
