    Question on Gold Hubs--

2005 Stratos trailer----changed the oil in the hubs per instructions but the view window is still dark or black----how do you ever know if there is a bubble, it low on oil?

or is it just me or my particular hubs??

    Thanks

Take the view window off and clean it up inside and put it back on and fill back up with oil.

It's fine. It's supposed to look dark. This means that the protector is full. If you see any yellow at the top, it's time to inspect and see where the leak is. Any milky color indicates the presence of water.
