I think you have oil hubs. Is there a clear cap on the hub, or is it solid. The solid on you just pry off and there is a zerk underneath.
They are solid black, can't see inside of them. How, when, and which grease do I use?
Did that trailer use the ufp Vault system? If so that is a sealed system but it should say The Vault on the front of the black cover.
Just curious as I really do not know when that system was put into use.

Whether or not it says Vault on the cap is not important. Some of the first Vaults were built with protectors that said nothing on them. If there is not a fill plug up on the hub, it is most likely Vault. The Vault does not require any maintenance so don't fool with it. You should have received a booklet on the Vault. Look on the axle for a metal tag just right of center. It will start with the letter A and have 6 numbers after that. Give me the numbers and I can tell from our axle log, just what you have.
