The engine is a 1990 150 XP (150 STLESB)
I'm having a problem with the engine idling a hair low....I tried adjusting the long screw that's on the timing arm that controls how far the timer base goes back (if that makes sense) The problem is as I turned that screw in it made it so my fast idle lever did nothing and didn't want to clip down anymore.
I'm struggling to keep the throttle roller from sitting up against the cam and still keep it so the roller is centered with the short embossed mark on the cam follower when the throttle first starts to move.
