converting to swing away?

I am looking to see if it is within reason to convert my ranger trail dual axle trailer to a swing away tongue.

I am in San Antonio, Texas and am looking for someone who does nice work when it comes to this. I am hoping to take a foot or so off the front of the trailer when the tongue swings open.

If anyone has any info on pricing or if this is an option I would appreciate it.

Your pics are kind of small, but it looks like your frame is welded right up to where actuator slides in. It doesn't look like there is enough room between the actuator and the frame to get it to swing. Then again anything is possible...
