Has anyone had to have their trailer tires balanced. I have a new NITRO 482 and the trailer has brakes on it , I towed it yesterday with the brakes off and it had a wobbeling feeling coming from the trailer. Could it be wheels out of balance or maybe a bearing? It is only about 2 months old.

I always balance my boat trailer tires. What do you mean you towed with the brakes off???? It could be tires out of balance or wheel bearing. Jack up the trailer tires and rotate the wheels by hand and look and listen to make sure it is not a bearing and then go from there.
The trailer has surge brakes not electric brakes so I put a pin in the hole to stop the brakes from activating.

Balancing trailer tires does make a BIG difference in tire wear. Since I have done that my tires are lasting MUCH longer.

Depending on the age and mileage on your trailer, you should keep an eye on the hardware, hangers, etc. that go with the spring assembly. A lot of wear on those and the brackets wear from round holes to oblong slots .... Easy to throw everything out of line and wear your tires badly ....
