    Bunks

I know I saw a thread on this but can't find it. Has anyone changed their trailer bunks at home, no access to park boat on lake? If so , how did you do it without doing harm to boat. Thanks !!!!!

Make sure the nose of the boat is up tight to the front rubber stop. Take a floor jack roll it under the center of the back of the boat and place a short piece of 2x4 on the jack face and start lifting the back of the boat and it will move off the bunks and the nose will be held up by the front bump stop winch stand. Now carefully take one bunk off at a time and redo it and replace it and do all 4 like this and you will be done. I would take it to a lake and launch the boat and beach it on the bank and do this job in the parking lot, but I have lifted the boat off the bunks by the way I stated above.
