    UFP Actuator

Does anyone know where I can get an exploded diagram or maint info for the actuator. I recently lost a spindle ect to a stuck disc brake on an 2002 EZ Loader after a hard stop. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: UFP Actuator (Lyn O. Dyer)

I think I just answered my own question but here goes:

2006 Skeeter EZ Loader tandem trailer- Brakes are not fully releasing while driving almost burning wheels right off trailer after short trip from lake.

Remedy- Is it the actuator? or could it be line issue.

    Any help greatly appreciated

do you have a swing tongue?, if so, the flex line may be getiing a restriction in it when in the towing position...have you read your owners manual?...

    Lyn,

Is the flex line in the swing tongue. I do have a swing tongue. The funny thing about this is I have never had any problems with the trailor even after pulling my rig to the Delta and Clear Lake in April. Thats a 1400+ mile trip.

    Lyn,

Okay. I checked for leaks around and under the brakes and found none. Fluid is clean and full. Opened swing tongue and looked around to see if I could find kinks in fluid line but found none. Inspected brake lines and all were okay.

    I'm stumped any other ideas?

I just replaced my calipers. I had the same problem, brakes draggin on one side. Not locked up but you could hear the whine. I tow with a F250 so I didn't feel the drag but noticed the whine, Didn't know if it was my truck or trailer. Found brake dust on the wheel when I parked in the driveway. Man was the wheel and rotor hot!
