Can all the leaf springs on a tandem trailer be replaced with the boat on the trailer or does the trailer have to be empty? This is a ez loader with single leafs and I'm going to replace them with the multi leaf springs. I called a leaf and spring shop and they said they could replace them with the boat on the trailer. I just wanted another opinion on this. Thanks
