I have a 1997 tandem trailer for a 20' bass boat. The brakes have been non-functional for around 5 years according to the previous owner. The master cylinder was bone dry and severely rusted. I have a new UFP A-60 actuator with selenoid and am going to put in new disc brakes to replace the drums. The existing metal brake line is hidden inside the trailer frame. I am wondering what is the best option for installing the new lines. Should I blow out the old line and re-use it? It seems difficult to put new steel lines inside the frame. Is there any problem using the flexible brake line kits which seems easier to fish through the trailer frame? I was a little unsure about how those flexible lines hold up over time and whether they perform OK. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
