    ummm ummmmm good ! Back strap rolled up with bacon !



    They were great !
    I do need to improve my skills in preparing stuff for on the grill Things like seasonings and stuffing items are beyond me.
    But for a roll it up and stick it in the grill it was as good as it looks !

    Heres what I did the other night....marinated about 8 inches of loin in soy sauce and brown sugar for hours, grilled it about 10 minutes, took it off and cut a slit lengthwise almost from end to end but leave about 1-2 inches from each end uncut, stuffed a cream cheese/diced jalapeno mix in it, wrap bacon around it, put in foil, and back on grill til done, take out of foil and directly on grill for a cpl minutes to finish bacon.
    Try it, you will thank me later!
