yes, hogs and some goats or something. our big game hunting is over with...I got the itch!!! duck season is over and canada goose season is about over...Tyson is going to go nuts!!!

I worked on several ranches in the Kerrville/Hunt/Ingram area in late 80's/early 90's and was around all the exotics. Of all of them, a big Aoudad (Barbary Sheep) ram was always the most impressive to me both in trophy quality and difficulty of the hunt.

I have no idea what such a hunt would run these days, but I know there are some free-ranging herds on certain public tracts in Texas where a do-it-yourself hunt would be a possibility.

Tyson, how far you want to drive? I have a brother and good friend that both live near Austin and have hunted some of the ranches around there. If you are interested, I can get some phone numbers and info...

6 hour drives dont bother me at all. just be a weekend turn around type deal
