I just started packing for my Moose hunt. I leave the 25th of Sept. Just washed all my stuff underwear hats socks gloves pants shirts ect in no scent soap and packed them away in no scent bags. Man I'm dreaming about this hunt at night I can't wait. Talked to the guide last night and he has been seeing bulls each time he goes out and scouts.
I'm sorry, but these are going to be the longest 15 days of your life....

oh you are so right. Good news is I leave tomorrow for a seven day fishing trip with my father in Venice FL. So that should cut down on the wait time. This might be our last trip together as he is in poor health.
Sorry to hear that, Keith. You make the best of that fishing trip with your Dad and then get ready for the hunt of a lifetime. I would love to go bowhunting for elk out west one of these years. Maybe when the boys get bigger.

Bowhunting starts this coming Saturday here. I am pretty pumped. Unfortunately, my 16 year old has to work. I am looking forward to the first year of hunting on our new land this year. I hope all the hard work pays off.
