    2008 Nov Missouri Buck

Here are the pictures of my Cuzz Mike with his monster Missouri buck he bagged last week ....

he and his son Jake were spot and stalk hunting a crp field and watched this doe find a place to lay down....when she found her a spot....Mike and his son saw the antlers....they creeeped and crawled to with in 80yds of the two deer....after a couple of agonizing hours the buck finally held it's head up high enough for Mike to take a neck shot.....

they came up with a green score of 47 6/8ths inches of mass and 171 2/8ths inches of antlers ......this was a sweet father and Son team-up on a once in a lifetime Missouri buck....

It sounds like they had to work to earn it.

That is some incredible mass. Did anyone age the deer?

Re: 2008 Nov Missouri Buck (BallisticBullet)

Man I have heard of a lot of exceptionally big deer being shot this year in missouri. I live in a fairly big town, and about 15 minutes down the road a buck was shot opening weekend of firearms that had 32 points, 25 scoreable and grossed 213 and some odd inches. My bosses brother shot and 11 that grossed 182. (seen pictures of both and both are monsters) And I have seen pics of a ton of 140-160 class that have been harvested. I knew missouri had to be good for something! I finally found out what.
