Brass rings that come with the broadheads

I shoot the G5 strikers and they come with these brass (what it looks like) rings. When I first started using them they only came with one, and I put it on. Now they come with like three for each head. Anybody know what they are for and how many do you use?

I don't use that brand broadhead,but the brand that I do use has small O-rings. These are used to stop the from vibrating loose and also so that you can adjust the location of the blades just in case they would interfear with the riser. Using one or more of the rings would probably change the location of the blade.
