1 8pt have seen a few does and a couple small bucks
I don't bow hunt so none yet.....I plan to remedy that this week and weekend since gun season opened up. Might even kill some yote's if I can too.
1 archery 5 pt and last Saturday night a rifle 8 pt. Now I'm down to just filling out the doe tags in Oklahoma. Heading to Florida the 19th of Dec to start a two week hunt down there.
Killed a 140" 8 pt Saturday, and plan on getting me a doe this next weekend.
I took a 10 pt with my bow and 2 does with my rifle and I still have a buck tag for black powder and I also have another buck tag for my bow.
There are 3 of us who hunt together and we all took archery bucks early in October. My son shot a 7 pt, I took a 8 pt and my buddy Bob took a 9 pt. We been hunting hard now halfway through gun season, passing up several more 1 1/2 year old bucks in hopes of seeing a 3 1/2 year old or better.

1 7 point cull buck so far, killed his dad I think 2 years ago right side is perfect left side on both of them was ugly just a brow tine a the end. It was amazing how close the racks lookes like each other.
Going to fill a doe tag soon.

the deer in FL are like poodles compared to where you're at
I mean there are some good bucks but it;s hardly worth coming down here for.
now fishing is a different story

Just a nice 8-pointer 11-2, while bowhunting. Rifle season started last Saturday, but the deer sightings have been very slim.

I call them "cornish game deer"....my dad lives up by Chipley and he's here hunting with me now. Just some good times to spend with him and enjoy a few days off. I do get out and fish wuite a bit while Im there. Besides, I'm from Florida originally.
