Any one seeing the big boys up on their feet cruising yet, how about chasing? just trying to get a idea of how far along they are in your region.

Same here in OK. Took this one last night @35 yds with a bow. Doe came out right at dark and I was just about to get out of the tree stand when he came out and started to chase her. Trying to get him, his brother and dad out of the herd. All three are forked on the left beam. He weighed in at 200 lbs even.

The smaller bucks were chasing hard last 10 days. We shot 7pt, 8pt & 9pt bow bucks. Nice basket racks BUT the big boys have not shown up yet. I went Wed. night and does acted nervous and I have not seen any of the smaller bucks in 10 days. Normally by me this means a couple BIG bucks have moved in a forced the young bucks out. PERFECT, tommorrow mornng me and the kid will put the doe-in-heat pads on the boots and lay the scent trails on the way in. A small burp on the grunt call just at shooting light should get his attention. I live for this time of year. Good luck guys.

I've wondered where the big boys had gone. Well they hadn't gone anywhere they showed back up this weekend. Saw 2 pigs yesterday at mid day while hanging stands. One stayed beded 60yards away the whole time we hung a stand. He didn't break out of his bed until we were leaving and walked within 10 yards of him.

Holy cow, the bucks were thick today. Slightly overcast and warm, Almost every deer I saw today was a buck. Big ones, little ones, all sizes. The 8 point I took was in full rut rank. Last night I saw a 12 point in my driveway that be in the 150 inch class or better.
