1996 150 fs starter solenoid problem

My brother has a 150fs and is having trouble finding the problem of not starting. had the started tested it checked good, replaced soleniod now nothing no clicking or anything! with the old soleniod it would at least click. we think he has a blown fuse or wired it back up wrong any help you guys could give would be greatly appreciated. also if anyone has a schematic of this motors electrical system we would like to check it out!
