Changing prop om motorguide trolling motor??

First time I have ever changed a prop onMotorguide trolling motor, unscrewd the cap in the hub of the prop, but not sure how to go from here?

The shear pin is always bent so it makes it hard to pull the prop off , you just have to work it slow from one side to the other, you may need a screwdriver to get it started, pry it out between-the prop and the motor.
