    need help with strering

    i up graded my boat from a glass stream to a ranger 373v with 150 black max xr2 it has hydo jack plat and it want kick to the left went it get on pad what do i need to do to stop that i love the ride but my wife dont like ti when it jumps that way

    sounds like you need a new steering system. Not sure but sounds like you got to much play in your old one

    When you come up on plane the boat hooks to the left? or the steering is pulling toward the left?

    Its hard to say whats happening with the info provided. That ranger should drive and ride very well without any surprises. I would make sure everything on the plate and steering is tightened down. Next i would set the plate height about half way up. I would then mark the hydro plate position with a pencil mark and run the boat without touching the hydro plate and see if it is moving on its own. Give the board a little more info and i'm sure someone can help you
