    rerigging a boat ?

    Does anybody know a ballpark figure on the cost to rig my boat for a Mercury 200 efi?I currently have a 150 faststrike on the back of my Basscat Pantera II.I have a friend that is going to sell me his Mercury.

    Just a wild guess.

    I've switched from a '79 Johnson to an '86 Johnson. Complete different set-ups and wired totally different. Took me about 10 hours.

    A person with all the tools and the experience of having done it before????? 2 off and 1 back on = 6 to 8 hrs. Take that times their hourly shop rate.

    I changed from a Evinrude 150 to a Mercury Opitmax 150 I had all components
    needed I think the shop charged about $475 BUT for me it was money well spent

    Hey Josh thanks for the offer . I am taking it over to Frederick to have the motor hung .And Brookes Marine in Pa. is going to rig it for me.Thanks all for the replies.
