I need your help.
The switch on my trolling motor pedestal that you turn the motor on and off broke this week.
Should I 1) try to fix it myself; 2) take it to Billy Wells who specializes in Motor Guide trolling motors; or 3) drive 80 miles to the Hampton Bass Pro Shop and let their service department fix it?
The problem is that my new Lowrance sonar unit is now attached to the trolling motor and it has to be removed if I take the trolling motor off the boat, which I do not want to do.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
Thanks.
