rpm and water pressure

I've got a 98 stratos 283 with a 98 150 fastrike. Im putting on a 6 inch jp next week and was wondering if anyone could tell me the optimum rpm and water pressure range. I've heard most say stay above 15 on water pressure, but didn't know if the fastrike was specific for sometning else. Thank you, clayton

I don't like seeing them below 18 PSI at wide open throttle, full trim. They like the water in them.
