First one could be a boat but not seeing the height but the pointed in has me curious. It's laying on a drop off. Be an awesome piece of structure at the righttime to catch some fish from.
Second is a school of fish. Did you stop and and catch any?

Thats what i thought on the second one. No i didnt because i didnt realize what it was til it was too late! Drove over a couple times trying to figure it out, then realized it was fish when they started scattering!
that first one looks too big to be a boat (looks to be 30-40').
it actually looks like a radio tower or an old windmill tower. My bet is that if you drag a jig over it, you will feel something hard and metal and probably wont get snagged (unless you catch a corner!)
I agree with jimmy7, it looks like an old truss of some sort.
