    Retrieving IM's

    I have had IM's that fall of the list if there is no activity for a few days, how do I retrieve those? We have posted the IM then an answer and a time period for testing or gathering info goes by and the the IM's are gone. Thanks

    The IM's are only kept for 5 days,sorry. Save them to your notepad and they will stay in there for as long as you like.
