uploading photo.

I had a phot e-mailed to me from a phone. It is not a jpeg so I can't bring it up on shutterfly. can someone convert this for me or tell me how to do it? It is currently a html...(something something...I forgot what the last 2 letters were and I'm not at home to check.)
