Just about to try a big chicken in it.

You can definitely deep fry chicken. Our Kroger sells deli sliced chicken that has been deep fried, it is the bomb!!
Where did u get it, it taste just as good? What was the clean up like
I got one for Christmas and can't wait to try it out.
