    Good water fowl recipe

I take my ducks and geese and breast them out. Slice the meat in strips about 1 inch wide and 1 inch thick. Then cut these in 1-2 inch chunks and marinade in Dale's Seasoning for about 2 hours. Take the chunks out and take thin apple slices and wrap with bacon and skewer with toothpick. Place on grill with medium heat, while they are cooking on the grill, paint them with apple butter. Nothin' Better for appetizers or as part of the main meal. Works well with turkey and other birds too.
