Easy and delicious. All you have to do is cook a pound of sausage, drain and mix in with a stick of cream cheese. Remove stem from mushrooms and fill in with mixture. Bake at 350 for about 20 to 25 minutes and enjoy. You can mix it up with the sausage, hot, mild or what ever meets your taste. It's gooooood.
I bet adding a few jalapenos to that mixture would be mmmm-mmmmm good

I use the same mixture to stuff jalapenos or any small pepper. Just split in two, clean, fill and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. You will luv em. If you like them hot, use hot italian sausage. Mild? Use Jimmy Dean regular.
