Thought I would share one of our favorite chicken recipes.

4-8 boneless/skinless chicken breast
4-packs dry ranch dressing mix
1-can of sliced Jalopeno's (or fresh sliced your choice)
1lb of bacon


Dump all of the dry ranch mix into small bowl. Cut chicken breast into strips 1/2" by 3-4" and coat with ranch mix. Rap chicken strip around 1 jalopeno slice and then wrap a half strip of bacon around the chicken slice, slide onto skewer. Repeat for all slices. should make approx 6 to 8 skewers of kabobs. You can cook on the grill or in the oven. You also do not have to put the jalepeno's in all of the kabobs for the wifes and the young-uns.
