    Mustard Bass

I use this on the one that didn't make it.

Mix equal parts sour cream, and brown mustard, enough to coat the amount of fish you intend to cook.
Crush enough soda crackers to also coat the amount of fish you intend to cook.

Cut the bass into chunks about the size of a chicken McNuget, coat with the mustard sause, then the crackers, and deep fry. They cook fast so carful not to burn them.

Instead of the soda crackers, try the good ole club crackers from Keebler.

    A spin off

Somewhat equal parts of Dijon, brown, with a little yellow mustard and mayonnaise. Add a few shakes of Dash or lemon pepper. (hides any bugs)! :)

It can be done in oven or on the grill, normally I use the grill as it keeps all odors outside.

Butter the fish pieces, place on foil, cook 10-15 minutes.

Cook lots of fish cuz da folks seem to just keep coming back for more!
