Could you be a little more specific type of boat, where the water is getting in from etc... something!
zx185 skeeter it seems to be getting in threw the top leaking when it rains and draining under the seat and puddling in those two places ideas on how to stop it
Not sure if you are talking about when the boat is being used or in storage. If in storage buy a cover, if in use the water should drain back while running.
I had a boat once that would let water splash from a full livewell into a side dry box.
It was leaking / splashing over between the boat cap ( deck / top of boat, they are two pieces you know ) so I sealed it with expanding foam that you buy in a spray can. It worked great.
